Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Michelle Vaughn Co. does not offer refunds for digital products, downloadable materials, coaching sessions, consulting services, mentorship packages, masterclasses, speaking deposits, completed services, or other purchases once access, materials, time, or services have been provided.

Digital Products and Downloads

Digital products, downloadable materials, templates, guides, classes, and online resources are non-refundable because access is granted immediately after purchase.

Coaching, Consulting, Mentorship, and Private Sessions

Coaching, consulting, mentorship, strategy sessions, and private appointments are reserved time with Michelle. Payments are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Masterclasses, Workshops, and Events

Payments for masterclasses, workshops, live classes, and events are non-refundable unless Michelle Vaughn Co. cancels the event and does not provide a rescheduled date, replay, credit, or other reasonable alternative.

Speaking Engagements

Speaking deposits, retainers, and booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. If Michelle Vaughn Co. must cancel, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund for services not provided.

Physical Products

Physical products are final sale unless the item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or was not delivered.

If there is an issue with a physical product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at michelle@michellevaughn.co with your order number and photos, if applicable.

Required Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law. If an item is defective, damaged, not delivered, incorrectly charged, or not as represented, we will review the issue and resolve it appropriately.
